Refund Policy

We want every session and purchase to feel worthwhile. If something isn’t right, reach out and we’ll do our best to make it good.

Sessions and workshops can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

Physical products in original, unused condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived faulty.
