Handpan Care Oil｜Protective Maintenance Oil

Handpan Care Oil is specially designed for the regular care and maintenance of handpans. It helps protect the metal surface from moisture, sweat, fingerprints and oxidation while maintaining a clean, smooth and natural appearance. How to Use

1. Clean Make sure your handpan is clean and completely dry before applying oil. 2. Apply Place a few drops of Handpan Care Oil onto a clean microfiber cloth. Do not pour the oil directly onto the handpan. 3. Spread evenly Gently wipe a thin, even layer over the entire outer surface, including the tone fields, Ding, Gu and rim. 4. Remove excess oil Use a clean, dry microfiber cloth to gently buff away any excess. The surface should feel smooth and lightly protected, not wet or greasy. 5. Regular care Wipe your handpan with a soft microfiber cloth after playing to remove sweat and moisture. In humid environments, more frequent maintenance may be necessary.

Important: Do not use olive oil, coconut oil or other household/food oils unless they are specifically recommended for your particular handpan’s steel type. Stainless steel and nitrided steel can have different care requirements.

A thin protective layer helps reduce the effects of humidity and skin salts, making it especially useful for handpan players living in tropical and humid climates.

Suitable for regular maintenance of nitrided steel and compatible stainless-steel handpans. Always follow the care recommendations provided by your handpan maker, as different steel types may require different oils.
